12/26/2011 - Aviator Bar & Grill Opening End of January 2012
As part of the terminal renovation the Aviator Café was upgraded to a full service restaurant and bar, which will open the end of January, overseen by Executive Chef, Giovanni Lanzante, who is a certified three-year culinarian by the American Culinary Foundation and Texas Chefs Association.
