Thank you for visiting our Website. Our goal is to provide you with current, useful
information about the Airport.
The Front Range Airport Authority is a political subdivision of the State of Colorado
with the unique distinction of operating like a business. The Authority adheres to a
policy of "Employment At-Will" and uses an enterprise fund to account for its
operations, in a manner similar to private business enterprises. The cost of
providing goods and services to the aviation community on a continuing basis is
financed and recovered primarily through user charges.
The Front Range Airport Authority Financial statements, ending December 31, 2006 - [1,142K PDF File - view | download], provides an analysis of the Authority's
financial condition, operating results and activities.
Ground floor opportunities exist because of aggressive hangar development, direct
road access to DIA and the tallest general aviation tower in the United States.
The Airport recently took a bold step by expanding its snack bar into a full-service café to
better serve its customers and increase operations and fuel sales. The Aviator Café uses the
terminal lobby for its seating area creating an ideal airport experience with DIA and the
east/west runway as the backdrop for ever changing views of the 440 aircraft based at the Airport
as well as visiting business aircraft and warbirds.
Please let us know how we can assist your investment goals at the Front Range Airport.
